9/22/19 A. 9 Super Fooods to Live Forever Almost 1. Sweet Potatoes 2. Blue Berries 3. Whole Grains & Water to keep the bad gut bacteria from gaining a hold. 4. Fatty Cold Water Fish: examples: a. Salmon b.. Trout c. Tuna d. Sardines 5. Pumpkin and Pumpkin Seeds 6. Flaxseed & Flaxseed oil 7. Broccoli 8. Citrus Fruits: examples: a. oranges are the best b. grapefruit: Red is better and the darker the better; it lowers LDL 9. Pomegranate juice and Green tea B. Summary: These foods contain among other things: B vitamins, Folate, riboflavin potassium,iron, vitamin C, Beta carotene, luetin, Alpha-Linolenic Acid!, omega 3, vitamin E Phytochemicals and antioxidants. My suggestion is to get some quality supplements to offset deficiencies.
