Specific Request for content
2/17/23: Please submit content for the upcoming Food Drive. Soon we will have a Food Drive. Every year, carriers work hard to make this a success. Please send content to post so that these efforts can be shown. Pictures, videos, totals, questions, logistics, and anything else that may help make this food a success and as well show the efforts that so many people have made.
The Purpose of this website
Purpose: This website serves NALC members. We strive to provide useful information for our membership. This information covers contractual, career, events, social, health, safety, and more. The posting of information is contingent on membership and State Officer contributions. I publish these contributions. I am open to suggestions to make our website be all that it can be.

Very Latest Content
This is the place to show updates. Content on this page is deleted periodically to make room for new content.
3/13/23: I am happy in the uptick views to the website this week. We had 80 page views and 21 unique visitors.
3/13/23:  Please see the below information for the Region 9 RAP Session:

2/28/23: Please check out Emily Lane's and John Monta's articles.  You can find them through navigating or simply click here and here.
2/23/23: With the State Convention around the corner, I think it may be important for the membership delegates to know the traffic to this website.  In the last week we have had only 8 unique visitors, and 24 page views. We get more traffic on some weeks, but regardless, I feel this isn't enough. We need more traffic, and we need more contributors, particularly from just a few non-contributing officers who must feel exempt the bylaws. I also need more feedback on how to make the website better, or if it is good enough, to be told as much. And for those people who look at the website, and branch Presidents, we need them to tell others about the website and to make contributions. I would respond to branches and members wanting information posted.  IF THIS WEBSITE HAS BEEN HELPFUL, PLEASE TELL ME.
2/23/23: I deleted the "Covid19" page and "membership contribution" page. I also added something to the "postal history" page. I looked through the other pages of the site and I feel that though the content may still be relevant, the content is far from fresh.
2/19/23: Refer below under "Highlighted Topic," "Union Issues, "or "Michael Hamilton's" page for contractual issues. I posted a template grievance form from Article 7 concerning crossing crafts.
2/19/23: I have deleted the "contractual and union issue" page because much of the information was old material. Some of the pertinent information I moved to the "union issue" page. I will try to organize the material as well as possible, dependent on the materials contributed. Please send materials to post.
2/19/23: I deleted the "Photos of Officers" page that introduced all the officers of the State for the simple reason that quite a few officers have never sent me a photo to post. More pages that don't reflect fresh content to soon be deleted.
2/17/23: OWCP TRAINING IN COLUMBIA: MARCH 3RD AND 4TH. CHECK DATES TO REMEMBER
2/17/23: With the Food Drive coming in just a few short months away I want to highlight the food drive. Please send content to post.
2/17/23: I deleted the page of pictures and videos from the internet due to lack of new content contributed. The page had various news items and funny videos and pictures concerning the post office such as videos of people stealing packages off the porch and actions that people have taken to stop the theft. If you want the page back, then submit content to post. Further page deletions are coming. New content is needed to keep them relevant. Other pages deleted recently were Health Insurance, Legislative.
1/29/23: A convention letter on what the delegates and branches need to know. Click here and go to "Dates to Remember" page for more information. Also click here for branch file information also. Both from our Secretary.
1/29/23:  John Crader our State Secretary submitted an article. In part the article is about, and I quote: "There is a MOU for route adjustments called TIAREAP taking place right now."  Click here.
1/29/23: This website had several archived pages that I no longer felt relevant, so they have been deleted. Please, if on anyone's review of the website, a member finds something that needs updating, or added, or deleted, please, let me know. Any and all help is appreciated.

1/10/2023: I went through the site and found an appalling lack of membership updates to what could be very useful pages for the membership. I ask the membership for input. Please contact me to get your ideas published. I look forward to your feedback.
